Sea bass has a wonderful rich flavor; it’s loaded with heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and has a snow white flesh that forms large flakes when cooked. Because of its high oil content, the meat is "melt-in-your-mouth" tender and moist. Our sea bass is filleted & de-boned, then flash frozen at sea less than 4 hours from catch to ensure a high grade of product quality and freshness. They are then vacuum-sealed for long freezer life and freshness.
